For many senior Tibetans,before Tibet was peacefully liberated in 1951,Lhasa was a place full of misery,i but for those who have grown up in Tibet after its peaceful liberation,like a Gen Zer,Tenzin Wangyel,Lhasa has been a happy,colorful place.To the 22-year-old,Lhasa is"an open and inclusive city."
