摘要
信号传输的高速化发展对印制板信号传输线的高效与低损提出了更高的要求。文章主要研究高速信号线设计微带线(Microstrip)时通过对比不同表面处理方式和采用不同油墨(普通vs高速油墨)时对于外层损耗的影响,也为外层表面处理方式和油墨选择提供相关参照依据。
The high speed development of signal transmission puts forward higher requirements for the high efficiency and low loss of PCB signal transmission.This paper mainly studies the high-speed signal line design Microstrip line by comparing different surface treatment and different ink(normal ink VS high-speed ink)for the Microstrip loss of the influence,which also provides relevant reference for the outer surface treatment and ink selection to.
