摘要 印制电路板生产中“化学镀镍金”工艺是常用的。由此工艺产生污染物--化学镍废水。化学镀镍废水主要来源于化学镀镍生产过程中的镀件清洗,其主要污染指标为络合镍、次亚磷酸盐、COD、氨氮等。含镍化合物在生物体内易富集、难分解对水生生物、水生植物以及地表水环境都带来巨大的影响。因此,如何处理化学镍废水成了环保界必须面临的问题。 The"Electroless nickel gold"process is commonly used in printed circuit board production.This process produces pollutants-chemical nickel wastewater.The electroless nickel plating solution contains a large amount of reducing agents,complexing agents and stabilizers.Electroless nickel plating wastewater mainly comes from the cleaning of plating parts in the production process of electroless nickel plating,and its main pollution indicators are complex nickel,hypophosphite,COD,ammonia nitrogen,etc.Nickel-containing compounds are easy to accumulate in organisms and are difficult to decompose,which has a huge impact on aquatic organisms,aquatic plants and surface water environment.Therefore,how to treat chemical nickel wastewater has become a problem that the environmental protection community must face.
