摘要
随着工业自动化进程的加快,对于应变式扭矩传感器的应用也在日益增加。文章主要从应变式传感器的不同结构角度出发,介绍了传感器的分类及不同类别传感器各自的原理和优缺点,并介绍了一种传感器量程的计算方法,即T峰=T*(K1+K),并对公式中的驱动系数因子K1和负载系数因子K2值的选择标准进行了举例介绍,通过此计算方法可以使得到的扭矩量程兼顾扭矩传感器的使用寿命和测量精度。文章还举例了传感器的几种不同的使用方式及各种使用方式对于联轴器选择的要求,此外,还探讨了传感器的安装及使用注意事项,并分析了动态扭矩传感器的智能化、微型化、高速度、多量程、图表化的发展趋势。
With the acceleration of industrial automation process,the application of strain type torque sensor is also increasing.The article introduces several different types of torque sensors according to different structures,and the respective principles and advantages and disadvantages of different types of sensors.A calculation method of dynamic torque sensor capacity,namely Tpeak=T*(K1+K2),is introduced,and the selection criteria of driving factor K1 and load factor K2 values in the formula are illustrated.By the method,the dynamic torque sensor capacity can take into account the service life and measuring accuracy of the torque sensor.The article also gives examples of various use modes of sensors and their requirements for coupling selection.In addition,the paper also discusses the matters needing attention in the installation of the sensor,and analyzes the development trend of intelligent,miniaturization,high speed,multi-range and diagonalization of the dynamic torque sensor.
