摘要 基于电磁感应原理的频率式转速传感器在测量汽车和飞机发动机转速方面被广泛应用。利用频率式转速传感器的工作原理,设计了一种转速传感器。用标准转速装置作为转速源,并将音轮固定在转速源转轴上,给出标准转速,用数字多用表可读出转速传感器产生的电压频率信号,从而计算出转速源的转速值。该转速传感器可测量转速范围在0~15.000r/min的转速,测试过程需要配置音轮工作。通过测量输出的频率-电压信号,利用公式计算出转速源的实时转速。 Frequency tachometric transducer based on electromagnetic induction principle is widely used in measuring rotating speed of aircraft and automobile.One kind of frequency type tachometric transducer is designed based on the working principle of frequency type tachometric transducer.Using a standard rotating speed device as a rotating speed source,the sound wheel is fixed on the rotating shaft of the rotating speed source,if the standard rotating speed is given,the voltage frequency signal can be read by a digital multipurpose meter,then the rotating speed can be calculated.The sensor can be used to measure the rotating speed in the range of 0 r/min to 15,000 r/min,the process of test needs to be equipped with a tone wheel.By measuring the output voltage frequency signal,the real-time rotating speed of the source device can be calculated by the formula.
