摘要 高耗能行业是我国工业领域实现碳中和的难点和重点。本文对竹缠绕复合管与钢铁、水泥、塑料等传统管道生产全过程的碳排放量与固碳量分析比较,结果表明竹缠绕复合管通过对竹子这种可再生资源的利用,使生产全过程实现近零排放,比传统管道具有明显的减碳固碳优势。大力发展可再生资源,采用以竹缠绕复合管为代表的新产品对高耗能产品进行部分替代,不仅体现了人与自然和谐共生的理念,而且为加快工业领域实现碳中和,提供了新方向。 Energy-intensive industries are the difficulty and focus of achieving carbon neutrality in China's industrial sector.This paper analyzes and compares the carbon emissions and carbon sequestration in the whole production process of bamboo winding composite pipe and steel,cement,plastics and other traditional pipes.The results show that bamboo winding composite pipe can achieve near-zero emission in the whole production process through the utilization of bamboo,a renewable resource.Compared with traditional pipes,it has obvious advantages in carbon reduction and carbon fixation.Vigorously develop renewable resources,and adopt new products represented by bamboo winding composite pipes to partially replace energy-intensive products,which embodies the concept of harmony between man and nature.And it provides a new direction for reducing the demand for energy-intensive products.
