摘要 航电枢纽工程是我国促进水运发展、优化电力结构、拉动地方经济和应对气候变化的重大基础设施。本文聚焦江西信江八字嘴航电枢纽工程运营期,在科学界定航电枢纽的排放边界和合理选定相关排放系数的基础上,提出工程运营期能源消耗和碳排放核算方法,并测算能源消耗和碳排放,梳理工程运营期节能降碳技术和节能减排潜力分析,提出工程运营期的中国核证自愿减排量(CCER)开发及碳资产管理的建议。 The navigation-power junction project is the key infrastructure that plays an important role in promoting the development of water transportation,optimizing the electric power structure.Focusing on Xinjiang Bazizui Navigation-power Junction Project in Jiangxi Province during its operation period,on the basis of the scientifically defined emission boundary and rationally determined emission coefficient,this paper put forward a feasible method to verify and calculate the energy consumption and carbon emission of the navigation-power junction during its operational period,and calculated the energy consumption and carbon emission.This paper also,sorted out the energysaving and carbon reduction technologies during the project operation period,and analyzed the energy-saving and emission reduction potential.This paper proposed suggestions on CCER development and carbon asset management during the project operation period.
