摘要
根据橡胶压缩永久变形的经验公式,以及化学反应过程中反应速度常数与温度的关系服从阿仑尼乌斯方程,用不同温度下高温烘箱加速老化试验核泵橡胶密封圈的压缩永久变形的变化规律,来预测其在仓库贮存条件下保持工作能力的贮存期。结果表明,核泵橡胶密封圈在常温20℃的条件下贮存期寿命为14.8年。
According to the empirical formula of rubber compression set and the Arrhenius equation of the relationship between reaction rate constant and temperature in the process of chemical reaction,the storage period of the rubber sealing ring of nuclear pump under the warehouse storage condition was predicted by using the change law of the constant compression set of rubber under the accelerated aging test in high temperature oven at different temperatures.The results showed that the storage life of rubber seal ring of nuclear pump was 14.8years at 20℃.
