基于QFD的电磁蓝军构设需求研究

Research into The Construction Requirements of Electromagnetic Blue Army Based on QFD

电磁蓝军是训练保障的重要组成部分,关系到训练的质量效益,如何构设电磁蓝军是军事训练的重点难点。主流的做法是根据现有兵力或装备,按作用对象进行编组。主要问题是定性分析较多,难以量化评价,且电磁蓝军构设与训练需求没有直接进行关联分析。针对该问题,运用质量功能展开(QFD)方法,从训练满意度出发,构造相关矩阵,将训练措施与训练满意度进行关联,实现了从定性分析向定量评估的跨越,从训练满意度需求到电磁蓝军构设的转换,完成了构设方案的定量分析,最后给出评估实例。

Electromagnetic blue army is an important part of training support which is related to training quality and effectiveness.How to construct the electromagnetic blue army is a key and difficult point in military training.The mainstream approach is to organize groups according to the action targets based on existing forces or equipment.The main problem is that there are many qualitative analyses and it is difficult to evaluate quantitatively,and there is no direct correlation analysis between the structure of electromagnetic blue army and training demands.In order to solve this problem,this paper uses quality function deployment(QFD)method to construct the correlation matrix from training satisfaction,and associates training measures with training satisfaction,so as to achieve a leap from qualitative analysis to quantitative evaluation,a conversion from training satisfaction demands to electromagnetic blue army construction,completes the quantitative analysis of construction scheme,finally gives an evaluation example in the end.
