左金丸加减治疗慢性糜烂性胃炎的临床疗效及安全性分析

Analysis of clinical efficacy and safety of Zuojin pill in treatment of chronic erosive gastritis

目的探究左金丸加减治疗慢性糜烂性胃炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取本院2018年6月至2019年6月收治的78例慢性糜烂性胃炎患者作为研究对象,按照入院先后顺序分为对比组与研究组,每组39例。对比组给予西医治疗,研究组给予左金丸加减治疗,比较两组临床疗效、临床指标、不良反应发生率、生活质量及满意度。结果研究组治疗总有效率为94.87%,明显高于对比组的76.92%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组胃炎症状消失时间、胃黏膜组织学恢复正常时间均短于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为7.69%,低于对比组的28.21%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组社会功能、生理机能、生理功能、活力、精神状态评分均高于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组总满意度为100.00%,明显高于对比组的82.05%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论左金丸加减治疗慢性糜烂性胃炎效果显著,可明显缩短患者临床症状消失时间,且具有较高的安全性,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Zuojin pill in the treatment of chronic erosive gastritis.Methods 78 patients with chronic erosive gastritis who were admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research subjects and they were divided into the control group and the study group according to the order of admission,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was given western medicine treatment,and the study group was given modified Zuojin pill treatment.The therapeutic effects,clinical indicators,incidence of adverse reactions and quality of life between the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate in the study group was 94.87%,which was significantly higher than 76.92%of the control group(P<0.05).The time for symptoms of gastritis to disappear and the time for gastric mucosa histology to return to normal in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the study group was 7.69%,which was lower than 28.21% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of social function,physiological function,physiological function,vitality and mental state in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction degree of the study group was 100.00%,which was significantly higher than 82.05% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Zuojin pill in the treatment of chronic erosive gastritis has significant effect,can significantly shorten the time of clinical symptoms disappeared in patients with high safety,it is worthy of clinical application.
