低分子肝素联合泼尼松治疗肾病综合征对患者凝血功能及肾功能的影响

The effect of low molecular weight heparin combined with prednisone in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome on the coagulation function and renal function of patients

目的探讨低分子肝素联合泼尼松治疗肾病综合征(NS)对患者凝血功能及肾功能的影响。方法选取本院2017年4月至2019年6月收治的70例NS患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组35例。对照组采用低分子肝素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合泼尼松治疗,比较两组凝血功能及肾功能改善情况。结果治疗后,两组FIB水平均低于治疗前,APTT、PT水平均高于治疗前,且观察组FIB水平低于对照组,APTT、PT水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组PLT指标比较差异无统计学意义。治疗后,两组BUN、SCr水平均低于治疗前,CCR水平均高于治疗前,且观察组BUN、SCr水平均低于对照组,CCR水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论低分子肝素联合泼尼松治疗肾病综合征效果显著,可有效改善NS患者凝血功能,利于患者肾功能好转,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of low molecular weight heparin combined with prednisone in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome(NS)on blood coagulation and renal function.Methods 70 NS patients admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with low molecular weight heparin,and the observation group was treated with prednisone on the basis of the control group.The improvement of coagulation function and renal function between the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the FIB levels of the two groups were lower than before treatment,APTT and PT levels were higher than before treatment,and the FIB levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the APTT and PT levels were higher than those of the control group,the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in PLT indicators between the two groups.After treatment,the BUN and SCr levels of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the CCR levels were higher than before treatment.The BUN and SCr levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the CCR levels were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Low molecular weight heparin combined with prednisone has significant effect in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome.It can effectively improve the coagulation function of patients with NS,and is beneficial to the improvement of renal function in patients.It is worthy of clinical application.
