摘要
利用扫描电镜和透射电镜观察固溶及时效后Cu-0.22Cr-0.24Zr合金的微观组织和析出相的形态,研究二次时效处理工艺对Cu-0.22Cr-0.24Zr合金的力学性能和导电性能的影响。通过对不同工艺条件下Cu-0.22Cr-0.24Zr合金强度和导电率变化规律的研究,确定了一种新的热处理工艺——固溶+二次时效工艺方法。试验结果表明:最佳热处理工艺为980℃保温2 h后水淬,一阶段时效工艺为440℃×15 h,二阶段时效工艺为480℃× 5 h,合金抗拉强度达到380 MPa,导电率达到86.18%IACS。
The microstructure of Cu-0.22Cr-0.24Zr alloy was observed by means of SEM and TEM after solid solution and aging,and the effects of aging parameters on mechanical properties and electrical conductivity properties of the Cu-0.22Cr-0.24Zr alloy have been studied.The strength and conductivity of the alloy under different processing conditions were studied,and a new heat-treating process was determined-solid solution and two-step aging.The results show that the best parameters were:solid solution at 980 ℃,for 2 h,first aging at 440 ℃,then secondary aging at 480℃ for 5 h.The tensile strength of the alloy reached 380 MPa and the conductivity reached 86.18%IACS.
