摘要
通过制备多组硅溶胶型壳,使之在不同风冷条件下浇注航空ZL114A合金试棒,利用光学显微镜和拉伸机对ZL114A试棒的宏观和微观组织进行观察,同时对同等条件的其他试棒(T6状态)进行拉伸测试,研究不同冷却条件对ZL114A合金组织和性能的影响规律。结果表明,相同浇注温度(720℃)和型壳预热温度(750℃)下,当入风口(φ200 mm)风速为80m^(3)/min时,ZL114A的晶粒尺寸降至25μm以内,发达的树枝晶Si已全部消除,抗拉强度达到350MPa以上。
Investment cast ZL114A alloy test bars were prepared by pouring into several silica sol shells.After T6 treatment,they were cut into samples for not only optical but also tensile inspection to investigate that how different air flow rate affects the morphology and mechanical properties.The results show that for the 720℃ pouring temperature and the 750℃;initial shell temperature,with air flow rate 80 m3/min from the inlet(φ200 mm),the grain size decreased to less than 25μm,meanwhile,those big silicon dendrite grains disappeared,and the tensile strength reached to more than 350 MPa.
