摘要
对于复合材料在加工成型过程中水力输送与静态混合问题,采用独特的直管曲折排布方式。运用有限元分析软件fluent,对进行数值模拟,对比分析直管曲折排布与传统管路环绕排布对管路压力降的影响,探究不同的管路布置方式对于水力输送与静态混合影响。
For the problems of hydraulic conveying and static mixing in the processing and molding of composite materials,a unique straight pipe zigzag arrangement is adopted.In this paper,the finite element analysis software fluent is used to carry out numerical simulation,compare and analyze the influence of straight pipe zigzag arrangement and traditional pipeline surrounding arrangement on pipeline pressure drop,and explore the influence of different pipeline layout on hydraulic transmission and static mixing.
