多相铜体系在苄基C-H氧化反应中的应用综述

摘要 氧化反应是有机化学极其重要的反应,广义上,只要是发生电子的转移,尤其是加氧或去氢的过程,都可以称之为氧化反应,例如饱和碳碳键氧化为碳碳双键,碳氧单键氧化为羰基,在这其中的苄基C-H键直接氧化,可以从烷基直接制备醛、酮或羧酸,是精细化学品工业最常用的反应之一,一直受到化学家的广泛关注。铜能很好的催化各种氧化反应,具有低毒性、污染小等优点。传统的铜均相催化体系具有催化剂回收困难、对环境不友好等缺点,而负载型铜催化剂具有分离简单、能重复使用等优点,近年来在催化有机氧化反应方面表现出良好的应用价值。本文总结了近几年负载型铜催化剂在催化苄基C-H氧化反应方面的研究进展,并展望其应用前景。 Oxidation reaction,especially the oxidation of benzylic C-H bonds is one of the most important processes in synthetic organic chemistry and fine chemicals industries.In a large sense,any electron transfer,especially oxygenation or dehydrogenation,can be called an oxidation reaction,such as the oxidation of saturated carbon-carbon single bond to carbon-carbon double bond,and the oxidation of carbon-oxygen single bond to carbonyl group.Copper can catalyze various oxidation reactions with the advantages of low toxicity and small pollution.Traditional homogeneous copper catalytic system has several disadvantages,such as difficult to reuse and environment unfriendly.Supported copper catalysts have shown application in oxidation reaction in recent years.In this review,the catalytic oxidation of benzyl C-H was summarized and its future application was prospected.
