摘要
微透析作为一门新兴的生物活体采样技术,具有活体连续取样、动态观察、定量分析、采样量小、组织损伤轻等优点。目前微透析技术多用于药学领域的药动学(PK)和药动学-药效学(PK-PD)研究方向,其可以直接有效地监测靶组织中内源性或外源性药物动态变化。本文对微透析技术在药学及其他领域中的应用和发展现状进行综述,以更全面的了解该技术。
As an emerging biological sampling technology,microdialysis has the advantages of continuous sampling,dynamic observation,quantitative analysis,small sampling volume,and light tissue damage.At present,microdialysis technology is mostly used in the field of pharmacy.The research direction of pharmacokinetics(PK)and pharmacokinetics-pharmacodynamics(PK-PD),which can directly and effectively monitor the dynamic changes of endogenous or exogenous drugs in target tissues.This article reviews the application and development status of microdialysis technology in pharmacy and other fields in order to have a more comprehensive understanding of this technology.
