摘要
氢气中硫含量的测定方法很多,但检测效果都不是很理想,而紫外荧光法是一种操作简便、分析结果的准确度与精密度相对较高的测定方式,对于不同来源的含硫氢气样品,对氢气中硫含量的分析测定条件也不同。本文介绍了紫外荧光法测定氢气中硫含量的分析原理和分析步骤,研究了实验条件(裂解氧流速)对测定结果的影响,并通过建立标准曲线来测定氢气中硫的含量,检验了方法的精密度和准确度。结果表明:在裂解氧流速380~400 mL/min的实验条件下,使用紫外荧光法测定氢气中硫含量具有较高的精密度、准确度,确保其准确的分析结果。
There are many methods for the determination of sulfur content in hydrogen,but the detection results are not very satisfactory.UV fluorescence method is a method of determination with simple operation and relatively high accuracy and precision of analysis results.It is suitable for different sources of sulfur.For hydrogen samples,the analysis and determination conditions for the sulfur content in hydrogen are also different.This paper introduces the analysis principle and analysis steps of the ultraviolet fluorescence method for the determination of sulfur content in hydrogen.The influence of experimental conditions(flow rate of cracking oxygen)on the determination results is studied,and a standard curve is established to determine the sulfur content in hydrogen.The method is verified Precision and accuracy.The results show that under the experimental conditions of pyrolysis oxygen flow rate of 380~400 mL/min,the use of ultraviolet fluorescence method to determine the sulfur content in hydrogen has high precision and accuracy to ensure its accurate analysis results.
