消淋败毒丸质量标准的研究

Research on Quality Specification of Xiaolin Baidu Pills

目的:通过本次消淋败毒丸定性,定量方法的摸索研究,建立消淋败毒丸的质量标准。方法:采用显微鉴别,鉴别消淋败毒丸处方中的泽泻,车前子,甘草,防风,羚羊角等药材;对消淋败毒丸处方中主要药味进行薄层鉴别;用高效液相色谱法测定处方中大黄素,大黄酚的含量。结果:显微鉴别的图片清楚明显;薄层色谱斑点清晰,专属性强;大黄素的平均含量为2.20 mg/g,大黄酚的平均含量为3.81 mg/g。结论:本研究建立的质量标准方法简便可行,且灵敏,准确,专属性强,重复性好,可作为消淋败毒丸制剂的质量控制方法。

Objective:By a researching the qualitative and quantitative methods of Xiaolin Baidu pills to establish the quality specification of Xiaolin Baidu pills.Methods:Rhizoma alismatis,semen plantaginis,radix glycyrrhizae,radix saposhnikovi-ae and cornu antelope in Xiaolin Baidu pills were identified by microscopic identification.The main flavor of Xiaolin Baidu pills was identified by TLC.The contents of emodin and chrysophanol in the prescription were determined by HPLC.Results:The pictures of microscopic identification were clear and obvious.TLC spots were clear and specific.The average contents of emodin and chrysophanol were 2.20 mg/g and 3.81 mg/g.Conclusion:The established quality specification method is simple and feasible,sensitive,accurate,specific and reproducible,which can be used for the quality control of Xiaolin Baidu pills.
