浅谈海外石油化工项目管道焊接管理

随着一带一路的影响,中国在中东地区的国际项目日益增加,在大型的石油化工项目中,管道的安装工作尤为重要,因此对钢管的焊接要求越来越大,对钢管的施工焊接质量的要求越来越高。该项目有大量的管道焊接工作,管道安装工作在整个施工过程中尤其关键,管道施工过程中施工的难度大、时间短、安全风险高等不可掌控因素较多。本文结合中东某国某油田某工程实例,对石油化工管道焊接管理,进行介绍。

With the influence of the Belt and Road Initiative,China has an increasing number of international projects in the Middle East.In large petrochemical projects,the installation of pipelines is particularly important.Therefore,the welding requirements of steel pipes are getting higher and higher,as well as the construction welding requirements of steel pipes.There are a lot of pipeline welding work in this project,and pipeline installation work is particularly critical in the whole construction process.In the process of pipeline construction,there are many uncontrollable factors such as great difficulty,short time and high safety risk.In this paper,the welding management of petrochemical pipeline is introduced based on an example of a certain oil field in the Middle East.
