摘要 以山东省某危废处置中心100 t/d焚烧系统的设计及运行为例,采用“上料系统+焚烧系统(回转窑+二燃室)+余热锅炉(SNCR脱硝)+急冷塔+干式反应器+袋式除尘器+两级湿法脱酸+湿电除尘+烟气加热器+引风机+烟囱排放”的工艺流程,并对主要工艺环节进行技术方案和设计思路进行了优化,以满足《危险废物焚烧污染控制标准》(GB18484-2020)烟气中污染物排放要求。为危废焚烧新建项目设计、已建项目改造提供了有力的参考。 Based on the example of a hazardous waste disposal center project in Shandong Province,The project adopts the process of"Feeding system+incinerator system(rotary kiln+second combustion chamber)+waste heat boiler(SNCR denitration)+quench tower+dry deacidification tower+bag filter+two-stage wet scrubbing tower+wet electrostatic precipitator+SGH+induced draft fan+chimney",and optimizes the technical scheme and design ideas for the main process,in order to meets the emission requirements of pollutants in the flue gas of the"Pollution Control Standard for Hazardous Waste Incineration"(GB 18484-2020).It provides powerful design reference for new hazardous waste incineration project and technical transformation of operation project.
