浅析民办高校学生就业创业现状及改进策略

Analysis of Current Situation and Strategies to Employment and Entrepreneurship of Non-governmental College Students

2020年,新冠肺炎疫情的爆发使我国的整体经济环境受到很大的冲击。疫情期间,许多中小企业停产破产,导致很多企业裁员,这使得民办高校学生就业在本就相当严峻的形势下面临着更大的考验。在此背景下,民办高校的学生进行就业创业的学习和训练具有重要的意义。文章以民办高校的学生创新创业为切入点,首先分析了在疫情结束后,由于经济下行、社会企业人员招聘量的缩减导致的民办高校就业创业教育面临的理论教学亟需革新和实践教学不足的严重情况;其次提出了学校应顺应时代,结合当下实际进行针对性强的就业创业训练和更具科学性的理论教学;学生自身应练就过硬本领;社会企业应平等看待民办高校学生并给予其相应的实习方式。

The sudden outbreak of the COVID-19 epidemic in 2020 brought new challenges to the employment and business start-up work of college students across the country.The bankruptcy and layoffs in many small and medium-sized enterprises worsen the employment situation.It is important for non-governmental universities to carry out the work of employment and entrepreneurship for graduates safely and effectively.This paper analyses the existing problems universities,college students and enterprises have confronted with,and proposes the specific strategies to cope with the problems in the hope of providing effective reference for the employment and entrepreneurship.
