Design for Organization and Construction of Expansion Project of Xi’an Third Sewage Plant

随着我国城市化进程的不断加快,市政工程建设制度和技术也在改进。本设计结合西安市第三污水处理厂扩容工程,通过安排施工方案、选择施工机械、控制施工资源计划、人员安排和对施工总体的把控,以期能够缩短工期、减少成本、保证工程质量、减少交叉施工过程中的矛盾,确保施工组织的科学性、安全性、高效性。

This paper makes a design to organize and to plan for the expansion project of Xi’an Third Sewage Plant,by making construction plan,picking the machinery,controlling the resource planning,and coping with staffing management and the overall control of the construction.By doing these,it attempts to shorten the construction period,to reduce costs,to ensure the quality,and to lessen the contradictions in the cross construction,to finally ensure the scientificness,safety,and the efficiency in the organization and the construction.
