基于变异系数的城市休闲产业空间差异及影响因素研究——以广东省21个城市为例

A Study on Spatial Differences and Influencing Factors of Urban Leisure Industry Based on Coefficient of Variance:A Case study of 21 Cities in Guangdong Province

城市休闲产业在空间上发展不均衡,存在显著的差异化特征,且差异化程度有增大趋势。本文基于变异系数构建城市休闲产业评价指标体系,探索城市休闲产业空间差异化的影响因素,并以广东省21个城市为例开展实证分析。研究表明:广东省城市休闲产业综合指数整体不高,除广州和深圳为优秀外,其余城市评价得分均在40分以下;广东省21个城市的休闲产业发展空间显著差异,珠三角城市程度高,且与后两者的差距显著;东西两翼、北部生态发展区城市得分偏低,两者间差距不显著;影响城市休闲产业发展空间差异化的因素众多,采用主成分分析法计算表明居民消费能力、城市经济水平、城市交通是影响城市休闲发展空间差异的主要因素。最后给出了城市休闲产业发展的对策建议。

The development of urban leisure industry in space is not balanced. There is a significant differentiation in Guangdong province, and the degree of differentiation has an increasing trend. Based on the coefficient of variation, this paper constructs the evaluation index system of urban leisure industry, analyzes the influencing factors of the spatial differentiation of the urban leisure industry, and takes an empirical analysis with 21 cities in Guangdong Province as examples. The results show that:(1) The comprehensive index of urban leisure industry in Guangdong province is not high, and all the other cities are all below 40 points except Guangzhou and Shenzhen;(2)The development of leisure industry among 21 cities in Guangdong province is significantly different, and the cities in Pearl River Delta is high in degree. The cities in the northern ecological development area of the east and west are relatively low, and the difference between west and east is not significant;(3) There are many factors affecting the spatial differentiation of urban leisure industry development. The principal component analysis shows that residents’ consumption capacity, urban economic level and urban traffic are the main factors affecting the spatial differentiation of urban leisure industry development.
