Promoting Civic Language Literacy:The Cause of Language Modernization under the Lead of the Communist Party of China

In pioneering and leading the language development,the Communist Party of China has been striving for the happiness of the Chinese people and the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The language development under the leadership of the Communist Party of China has gone through a process from building a cultural citizenry(nationalization of language undertakings),a lawabiding citizenry(legalization of language undertakings)to a highly-literate citizenry(aestheticization of language undertakings).The progress of citizens'language view and language ability reflects the prospect of China's economic and social development.The modernization of national language and the substantial improvement of citizens'language ability have been fully reflected in the practice of language policies of the Communist Party of China.
