摘要
对任何一个组织行为的分析和研究都离不开一些基本维度和基本变量的支持。明晰这些维度和变量,并搞清楚它们之间的相互关系对于组织行为的研究具有必要性。由于政府是行政组织,所以将政府行为的分析置于组织行为学的视角之下具有一定的合理性和逻辑性。遵循组织行为学研究组织行为的基本思路,在群体行为基础上探寻组织行为与群体行为的不同,以及政府作为行政组织与其他组织的不同,从而建构出一个适用于政府行为分析的一般性框架是本文的主要内容。
The analysis and research of any organizational behavior cannot do without the support of some basic dimensions and basic variables.Clarifying these dimensions and variables,and the interrelationship between them is necessary for the research of organizational behavior.Since government is an administrative organization,it is reasonable and logical to place the analysis of government behavior under the perspective of organizational behavior.Following the basic ideas of organizational behavior research,this paper explores the difference between organizational behavior and group behavior on the basis of group behavior,and the difference between the government as an administrative organization and other organizations,so as to construct a general framework suitable for government behavior analysis.
