围栏封育对亏组山不同海拔土壤酵母菌多样性的影响 被引量:1

摘要 研究围栏封育对西藏自治区林周县亏组山不同植被类型(高山草原、高山草甸和灌丛草甸)土壤酵母菌多样性及其与土壤理化因子的相关性,结果表明:围栏内土壤中共分离出68株酵母菌,分属于13个属22个种,围栏外土壤中共分离出98株,分属于16个属23个种,围栏内外酵母菌优势种均为Solicoccozyma terricola。Pearson相关系数显示,围栏内辛普森多样性指数与速效钾含量呈显著正相关,围栏外物种数和属数与全磷含量呈显著正相关,总丰度与pH值呈显著正相关,香农多样性指数以及物种数与海拔呈显著正相关。典范对应分析显示,海拔和全氮含量对亏组山土壤酵母菌群落结构有较大影响。综上所述,围栏封育6a,亏组山不同植被类型土壤酵母菌多样性无显著变化,高山草原土壤全磷含量明显升高。 The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of enclosure on the diversity of soil yeast and their correlations with soil physicochemical factors of different vegetation types at different altitudes in Kuizu Mountain,Linzhou County,Tibet Autonomous Region.The results showed that 68 strains(belonging to 13 genera and 22 species)and 98 strains(belonging to 16 genera and 23 species)of yeasts were isolated from the soil inside and outside the fence,respectively,in which Solicoccozyma terricola was the dominant species of yeasts in both sides.The Pearson correlation analysis revealed that Simpson diversity index inside the fence was positively correlated with available potassium(AK)content.The number of species and genera outside the fence was positively correlated with total phosphorus content.Furthermore,total abundance of soil yeast was positively correlated with pH value,and Shannon diversity index and species number were positively correlated with altitude.The canonical correspondence analysis showed that altitude and total nitrogen content had great influence on the soil yeast community structure.In conclusion,after 6 years of enclosure,there was no significant change in soil yeast diversity of different vegetation types,and the content of soil total phosphorus content in alpine steppe increased significantly.
