摘要 该文以呼和浩特嘉盛新能源股份有限公司“2×21.5 t/h”循环流化床垃圾焚烧炉环保综合利用技改项目为基础,针对循环流化床锅炉的结构及恒功率运行工况等展开研究,特别对影响循环流化床锅炉床温和给料量的参数为重点研究对象,通过数据分析得出一次风量和燃料热值作为影响循环流化床垃圾焚烧炉炉温和给料量系统的较为重要的因素,最优组合是A_(3)B_(2)C_(2)D_(3),这样保证了炉温大于850℃给料量达到额定值21 t/h,而且还符合环保指标的各项要求,从而得出有效控制循环流化床锅炉床温的技术措施。因此炉膛温度控制需要兼顾平衡给料量,不仅要使炉膛温度维持在一定的范围内,还要保证给料量不至于较大地影响负荷的波动。由于引起炉膛温度和给料量变化的参数因素比较多,还存在现场生产管理不允许试验调节各个参数因素的变化阈值过大,所以试验结果数据测量值存在一定的局限性。 This paper takes Hohhot Jiasheng new energy Co.,Ltd.“2×21.5 t/h”based on the comprehensive utilization and technical reform project CFB garbage incinerator,the research is carried out on the structure and constant power operation condition of the circulating vulcanization bed boiler,especially the parameters affecting the bed temperature and feed quantity of the CFB incinerator are the key research objects,the primary air volume and fuel heat value are the most important factors affecting the moderate feed system of the CFB incinerator.The optimal combination is A3B2C2D3,which ensures that the feed volume of furnace temperature is greater than 850℃to the rated value of 21 t/h,and also meets the requirements of environmental protection standards.The technical measures to control the bed temperature of the CFB incinerator are obtained.Therefore,the temperature control of furnace needs to balance the feed quantity,not only to maintain the furnace temperature in a certain range,but also to ensure that the feed quantity does not affect the load fluctuation greatly.Because there are many parameter factors which cause the change of furnace temperature and feed quantity,there are also some local limits for the measured values of test results data.
