关于特殊教育资源中心职能期待的调查研究 被引量:1

摘要 近年来,我国特殊教育资源中心快速发展,在特殊教育体系中扮演着越来越重要的角色。文章采用问卷调查的方式,了解多个利益相关方对特殊教育资源中心职能期待的情况。结果发现,大部分群体对特殊教育资源中心职能的期待普遍较高,从高到低依次是社会服务职能、教学指导职能、培训与教研职能、管理与指导职能。研究对象的性别、学历和专业背景等因素与特殊教育资源中心职能期待存在显著差异,而研究对象的类型、年龄和所在地区等因素与特殊教育资源中心职能期待未呈现显著相关。确保特殊教育资源中心职能有效运行的建议是:突出社会服务职能,提能增效;发挥专业资源优势,强化指导;开展师资培训,教研训一体化;规范管理,加强教育督导。 In recent years,Special Education Resource Centers in China have developed rapidly and are playing an increasingly important role in the special education system.This paper uses questionnaire surveys to understand the expectations of different stakeholders on the functions of the Special Education Resource Centers.The results found that most groups generally have high expectations for the functions of Special Education Resource Centers,and from high to low are social service function,teaching guidance function,training and teaching research function,management and guidance function.Factors such as gender,education and professional background of the subjects are significantly different from the functional expectations of Special Education Resource Centers,while factors such as the type,age and location of the subjects are not significantly related to the functional expectations of Special Education Resource Centers.Suggestions to ensure the operation of the functions of Special Education Resource Centers:highlight the function of serving the society,and improving capacity and increasing efficiency;giving full play to the advantages of professional resources,and strengthening guidance;carrying out teacher training,and integrating teaching,research and training;standardizing management,and strengthening educational supervision.
