摘要
我国现代意义上的幼儿园劳动教育萌芽于早期共产党人对马克思主义劳动价值观的思考,成熟于中华人民共和国成立七十余年来“教育与生产劳动相结合”的实践探索,并在新时代“五育并举、整合育人”的时代旋律引领下走向深化。中国共产党成立以来的百年间,幼儿园劳动教育的发展先后经历了起步、举步、迈步、阔步四个阶段,主要有幼儿园劳动教育本质内涵、价值旨趣、内容形式、现实问题四大议题。管窥未来趋向,幼儿园劳动教育应恪守“教劳结合、五育并举”的教育方针,持续探索幼儿园劳动教育育人规律,坚持完整育人、创新劳动的价值理念,不断完善幼儿园劳动教育体系,并通过整合资源、深化评价,助力中国特色学前教育人才培养实践。
The modern kindergarten labor education in China was born out of the early Communists'thinking a-bout Marxist labor values,matured in the exploration of"the combination of education and productive labor"over the past 70 years since the founding of the People's Republic of China,and deepened under the guidance of the melody for the age of the"the development of the educating five domains simultaneously,the integration of education"in the new era.In the past 100 years since the founding of the Communist Party of China,kindergarten labor education has experienced four stages:starting,stepping,striding and striding forward,mainly including four major issues:the essen-tial connotation,the value,the content and form,and the practical problems of kindergarten labor education.Giving a glimpse into the future,kindergarten labor education should abide by the integration of education and labor as well as the development of the educating five domains simultaneously,and continue to explore the rules of kindergarten labor education.At the same time,kindergarten labor education should also adhere to complete education and innovative labor,and constantly improve the kindergarten labor education system.Lastly,kindergarten labor education should help the practice of talent cultivation in preschool education with Chinese characteristics by integrating resources and deepening evaluation.
