试论地方普通高校导师资本的内涵及对研究生培养质量的影响

Research on the Connotation of Tutor Capital and Its Influence on Postgraduate Training Quality in Local Colleges and Universities

以地方普通高校研究生教育为研究背景,引入个体学术资本概念,通过探索性研究阐释了导师资本的内涵,及其对研究生培养质量的影响。导师资本的构成包括人格魅力型资本、社会服务型资本、学术声誉型资本、信息技术型资本四类,均有助于提升研究生综合素质,进而提升研究生培养质量。信息技术型资本还有助于提升研究生学术成果质量,如研究效率、成果输出质量等,进而提升研究生培养质量。

Taking the postgraduate education in local colleges and universities as the research background,this paper introduces the concept of individual academic capital,and explains the connotation of tutor capital and its influ-ence on the training quality of postgraduate students through exploratory research.It is found that tutor capital includes four types:charismatic capital,social service capital,academic reputation capital and information technology capital.These four types of tutor capital contribute to the improvement of the comprehensive quality of postgraduate students,and thus improve the quality of postgraduate training.Information technology capital also have a positive impact on the quality of academic achievements,such as research efficiency and output quality,so as to improve the quality of post-graduate education.
