摘要
就业机会公平是社会公平的价值尺度,在促进社会合理流动、化解社会冲突、消除社会差异方面发挥着基础性、导向性的作用。在信息不对称的高等教育就业市场上,院校标签、文凭筛选、性别歧视和阶层固化使非重点院校毕业生、本专科毕业生、女性毕业生和出身弱势群体的毕业生难以获得公平的就业机会。面对日趋严峻的就业形势和接踵而来的高校毕业生,社会各方力量需要携手共进,通过更新价值观念,重视立法建设,调整供需结构,帮扶就业弱势,在促进毕业生就业机会公平上有所突破。
Employment opportunity equity is the value measure of social equity,which plays a basic and guiding role in promoting rational social mobility,resolving social conflicts and eliminating social differences.In the market of higher education with asymmetric information,the college labels,diploma screening,gender discrimination and class solidification make it difficult for the non-key university graduates,graduates of junior colleges,female graduates and graduates from a disadvantaged race to obtain fair employment opportunities.In the face of the increasingly severe em-ployment situation and the ensuing college graduates,all forces in society need to work together to make a break-through in promoting employment opportunity equity of graduates by updating values,paying attention to legislation,adjusting the structure of supply and demand as well as helping the disadvantaged in employment.
