超低排放燃煤电厂1000 MW机组电除尘器运行性能研究

An Operating Performance Study on Electrostatic Precipitators for Ultra-Low Emission 1,000 MW Sets in Coal-Fired Power Plants

摘要 分析了中国近5a投运的燃煤电厂配套电除尘器的运行性能特征,对比了不同地区典型的1000MW机组电除尘器的关键性能数据,包括能耗、出口粉尘浓度、漏风率、压力降。结果表明:1000MW机组电除尘器单位发电量电耗占比为0.18%,低于600 MW机组的0.22%和300MW机组的0.3%,出口粉尘浓度实测大部分低于15mg/m^(3)且有多台低于10mg/m^(3)。对比了不同等级机组配套电除尘器的用钢量,1000MW机组电除尘器相比600MW的单位发电用钢量低约6%,相比300MW机组低约14%。 The operating performance characteristics of ancillary electrostatic precipitators(ESPs)in coal-fired power plants put into operation in the recent five years in China were analysed.The key performance data of ESPs for typical 1,000MW sets in various regions were compared including the energy consumption,ash concentration at outlets,air leakage rate and pressure drop.It has shown that the energy consumption of ESPs per unit power generation accounts for 0.18%of 1,000MW sets,lower than 0.22%of 600 MW sets or 0.3%of 300MW sets,whilst observed ash concentration at outlets being mostly less than 15 mg/m^(3) or even below 10 mg/m^(3).Comparing the steel material used to manufacture ESPs for different scale of sets,that for 1,000MW sets is about 6%less than that for 600MW sets and about 14%less than that for 300 MW sets.
