硫酸氨基葡萄糖联合超短波治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的效果观察

Effect of glucosamine sulfate combined with ultrashort wave therapy on patients with knee osteoarthritis

目的探讨硫酸氨基葡萄糖联合超短波治疗膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)的效果。方法抽取2019年1月至2021年1月许昌市中心医院收治的KOA患者60例, 依据随机数字表法分为观察组30例与对照组30例。观察组患者采用硫酸氨基葡萄糖联合超短波治疗, 对照组患者采用依托考昔联合超短波治疗。两组疗程均为4周。比较两组患者治疗疗效;治疗前与治疗4周疼痛改善情况, Lysbolm膝关节评分法和Lequesne指数, C反应蛋白(CRP)、血沉(ESR)和白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)水平。结果观察组总有效率(93.33%)高于对照组(70.00%), P<0.05;两组治疗后疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、疼痛分级指数(PRI)评分和现有疼痛状况(PPI)评分低于治疗前(P<0.05);观察组治疗后VAS评分、PRI评分和PPI评分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后Lysbolm膝关节评分高于治疗前, 而Lequesne指数低于治疗前(P<0.05);观察组治疗后Lysbolm膝关节评分高于对照组, 而Lequesne指数低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后血清CRP、ESR和IL-1β水平低于治疗前(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血清CRP、ESR和IL-1β水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论硫酸氨基葡萄糖联合超短波治疗对KOA患者疗效明显, 可改善患者膝关节功能, 减轻疼痛, 降低血清CRP、ESR和IL-1β水平。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of glucosamine sulfate combined with ultrashort wave in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods A total of 60 KOA patients with knee osteoarthritis in Xuchang Central Hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected,and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the observation group were treated with glucosamine sulfate combined with ultrashort wave therapy,and the patients in the control group were treated with etoricoxib combined with ultrashort wave therapy.The course of treatment for both groups was 4 weeks.Comparison of the therapeutic effects of the two groups of patients,pain improvement before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment,Lysbolm knee score and Lequesne index,C-response protein(CRP),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)and interleukin-1β(IL-1β)levels.Results The total effective rate of observation group(93.33%)was higher than that of control group(70.00%),P<0.05.After treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score,pain classification index(PRI)score and present pain status(PPI)score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05);VAS score,PRI score and PPI score of the observation group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,Lysbolm knee score was higher than that before treatment,and the Lequesne index was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05);the Lysbolm knee score of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the Lequesne index was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum CRP,ESR and IL-1βlevels of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05);the serum CRP,ESR and IL-1βlevels of the observation group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Glucosamine sulfate combined with ultrashort wave therapy is effective for patients with knee osteoarthritis,which can improve knee joint function,relieve pain,and reduce serum CRP,ESR and IL-1βlevels.
