慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者8-OHdG、8-iso-PG及ET-1水平与认知功能的相关性 被引量:3

Correlation between serum 8-OHdG, 8-isoprostaglandin and ET-1 levels and cognitive function in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

摘要 目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,AECOPD)患者血清8-羟基脱氧鸟苷(8-hydroxy-2’-deoxyguanosine,8-OHdG)、8-异前列腺素(8-iso-prostaglandin,8-isoPG)及内皮素-1(endothelin-1,ET-1)水平与认知功能的相关性。方法选取2019年4月-2021年4月在自贡市第一人民医院就诊并符合纳入要求的AECOPD患者35例为AECOPD组,慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性稳定期(stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,SCOPD)患者31例为SCOPD组,健康体检人员30例为对照组;对各组认知功能、8-OHdG、8-iso-PG、ET-1水平做出比较并进行相关性分析。结果 AECOPD组MoCA评分显著低于SCOPD组与对照组(P<0.05);AECOPD组8-OHdG、8-iso-PG、ET-1水平显著高于SCOPD组与对照组(P<0.05);AECOPD患者血清8-OHdG、8-iso-PG、ET-1水平与认知功能障碍呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 8-OHdG、8-iso-PG、ET-1与AECOPD患者认知功能呈正相关,可在一定程度上反应患者认知障碍程度。 Objective To investigate the association between serum 8-OHdG, 8-Isoprostaglandin, ET-1 levels and cognitive function in patients with acute exacerbation of COPD. Methods From April 2019 to April 2021, 35 patients with acute exacerbation of COPD who met the inclusion requirements were selected as AECOPD group, and 31 patients with stable COPD were selected as SCOPD group. Thirty health examiners were set as the control group;the cognitive function, 8-OHdG, 8-iso-PG, and ET-1 levels of each group were compared and the correlation analysis was carried out. Results The MoCA score of the AECOPD group was significantly lower than that of the SCOPD group and the control group(P<0.05);the levels of 8-OHdG, 8-iso-pg and ET-1 in AECOPD group were significantly higher than those in SCOPD group and control group(P<0.05);The serum levels of 8-OHdG, 8-iso-pg and ET-1 were positively correlated with cognitive impairment(P<0.05). Conclusion 8-OHdG, 8-iso-PG, ET-1 are positively correlated with the cognitive function of patients with acute exacerbation of COPD, and may reflect the degree of cognitive impairment in patients to a certain extent.
