摘要
在气相元素汞(Hg^(0))吸附剂的设计和生产中,如何获得性能和经济性之间的平衡是最大的挑战。本文设计了一种化学镀偶联原位硒化方法,开发了硒化铜修饰商用聚氨酯海绵(Cu_(2)Se/PUS)吸附材料,用于燃煤烟气脱汞。Cu_(2)Se/PUS具有优异的Hg^(0)吸附性能,海绵的物理结构特征以及Cu_(2)Se前驱体用量对其吸附性能均没有明显影响:Cu_(2)Se/PUS具有良好的抗H_(2)O和SO_(2)干扰能力,O_(2)对Cu_(2)Se/PUS的Hg°吸附能力具有一-定的促进作用,NO存在时会与Hg°产生竞争吸附,抑制Hg^(0)的吸附脱除。本研究不仅为燃煤烟气Hg°的脱除提供了有效的吸附材料,也为海绵在环境修复中的应用提供了通用的功能化策略。
In the design and synthesis of vapor-phase elemental mercury(Hg°)adsorbents,the biggest challenge is to achieve a balance between performance and economy in practical applications.In this paper,a coupling in situ selenization method for electroless plating was designed to construct Cu_(2)Se functional commercial polyurethane sponge(PUS)as an efficient Hg°trap.Cu_(2)Se/PUS has excellent adsorption performance,and the physical structure characteristics of sponge and the Cu-Se ratio in the sample preparation process have little influence on it.Cu_(2)Se/PUS has excellent resistance to H_(2)O and SO_(2),and 0_(2) promoted Hg°adsorption,while the presence of NO may have a competitive adsorption with Hg°.This study not only provides an effective trap for permanent fixation of Hg°from industrial sources,but also provides a general platform for economical manufacturing and practical application of sponges in environmental remediation.
