On the Particularity of Philosophy and Social Sciences

哲学社会科学或称人文社会科学,一方面是"科学",另一方面又与自然科学有所不同。哲学社会科学的阶级性和意识形态价值指向与其科学分析和逻辑解释能力之间如何统一?传统与现代的内在联系上如何处理?民族性与世界性如何统一?思想内涵与表述形式如何一致?都需要深入探讨。特别是中国哲学社会科学建设如何以马克思主义为指导,实现马克思主义中国化,更是需要在实践中艰苦探索的问题。

Philosophy and social sciences,or humanities and social sciences,on the one hand,are"sciences",while on the other hand,they are different from natural sciences.How do we unify the class character of philosophy and social science,as well as the value orientation of ideology,with their ability to make scientific analyses and to make logical interpretations?How do we deal with the inner connection between tradition and modernity?How do we unify nationalism with cosmopolitan?And how do we make the connotation of thought agree with the form of expression?The above questions need to be explored in depth.In particular,how to realize the Sinicization of Marxism under the guidance of Marxism in the construction of Chinese philosophy and social sciences is a problem that needs to take effort to be explored in practice.
