Chemical constituents from the seeds of Capparis masaikai

摘要 采用大孔树脂、硅胶、凝胶、MCI等柱层析及RP-HPLC等色谱方法对马槟榔Capparismasaikai种子提取物反复进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定,得到化合物21个,分别鉴定为:恶唑烷硫酮(1)、琥珀酰亚胺(2)、邻苯二酚(3)、硫单质(4)、乙醇胺(5)、3-羟基丙腈(6)、L-阿拉伯糖(7)、甘油(8)、drummondol (9)、spionoside B(10)、腺苷(11)、(6S,9S)-长寿花糖苷(12)、松柏苷(13)、紫丁香苷(14)、顺式丁香苷(15)、二氢丁香苷(16)、3-吲哚甲酸(17)、吲哚-3-甲酸-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(18)、6-hydroxyindole-3-carboxylicacidβ-D-glucopyranosylester(19)、亚油酸单甘油酯(20)和油酸甘油三酯(21)。其中化合物2–10和12–21为首次从该植物中分离得到。 A total of 21 compounds were isolated from the seeds of Capparis masaikai and identified as oxazolidine-2-thione(1), succinimide(2), catechol(3), octathiocane(4), monoethanolamine(5), 3-hydroxypropanenitrile(6), L-arabinose(7), 1,2,3-propanetriol(8), drummondol(9), spionoside B(10), adenosine(11), corchoionoside C(12), coniferin(13), syringin(14), cis-syringin(15), dihydrosyringin(16), indole-3-carboxylic acid(17), β-D-glucopyranosyl indole-3-carboxylic acid(18), 6-hydroxyindole-3-carboxylic acid β-D-glucopyranosyl ester(19), linoleis monoglyceride(20), and triolein(21). Their structures were identified based on physicochemical property and spectroscopic analysis, including MS, NMR, and single-crystal X-ray crystallographic data. Compounds 2–10 and 12–21 were isolated from C. masaikai for the first time.
