摘要
海上风电场建设存在窗口期,为了加快某海上风电场整个项目的进程,缩短项目建设工期,确保项目在计划内并网发电,在35 kV集电线路尚未送电的情况下,采用电化学储能系统为风电机组提供必要的调试电源。以此为基础,对某海上风电场黑启动系统进行了详细论述,希望为相关产业发展提供一定的理论支持。
There is a window period for the construction of offshore wind farm.In order to speed up the process of the whole project,shorten the construction period of the project,and ensure that the project is connected to the grid within the plan,the electrochemical energy storage system is used to provide the necessary debugging power for the wind turbine under the condition that the 35 kV collection line has not yet sent power.Based on this,this paper discusses the black start system of an offshore wind farm in detail,hoping to provide some theoretical support for the development of related industries.
