摘要
华能福州电厂二期3号、4号炉除灰系统控制系统改造,针对除灰系统运行特点,结合现场实际施工条件,优化施工方案,高效、安全地把控改造潜在风险,避免了3号、4号机组双停,缩短了改造工期。通过此次改造,解决了原有系统的安全隐患,取得了良好的效果。
For the transformation of the control system of the ash removal system of phase II#3 and#4 boilers of Huaneng Fuzhou power plant,according to the operation characteristics of the ash removal system and combined with the actual construction conditions on site,the construction scheme was optimized,the potential risks of the transformation were controlled efficiently and safely,the double shutdown of units 3 and 4 was avoided and the transformation period was shortened.Through this transformation,the potential safety hazards of the original system were solved and good results were achieved.
