摘要
汽轮发电机组运行的过程中,如发生轴承振动异常现象,会对汽轮机的正常运行造成较大影响,严重时可能发生机组非停事故。在汽轮发电机组中,汽轮机是其中重要的设备,其轴承振动出现异常,可能是多方面因素造成的,要及时对出现振动异常情况的原因进行全面分析,提出解决的方案。通过对汽轮机进行定期检修,使异常振动的频率有效降低,在一定程度上可以确保汽轮机安全且稳定的运行,从而提升汽轮机运行的效率。基于此,通过对汽轮机各轴承运行的情况分析,对轴承振动的不确定因素进行研究,探究降低汽轮机振动的技术措施。
During the operation of a steam turbine generator set,if abnormal bearing vibration occurs,it will have a greater impact on the normal operation of the steam turbine.In severe cases,a non-stop accident may occur.In the steam turbine generator set,the steam turbine is one of the important equipment.Abnormal bearing vibrations may be caused by various factors.The technicians should conduct a comprehensive analysis of the reasons for the abnormal vibration in time and make a solution.Through regular maintenance of the steam turbine,the frequency of abnormal vibration can be effectively reduced,and the safe and stable operation of the steam turbine can be ensured to a certain extent,thereby improving the efficiency of the steam turbine operation.Based on this,the article analyzes the operation of each bearing of the steam turbine,studies the uncertain factors of bearing vibration,and explores the technical measures to reduce the vibration of the steam turbine to provide references for related industries.
