摘要
针对吉林电力股份有限公司白城发电公司660 MW锅炉配备的MPS225HP-2型磨煤机目前存在的磨损严重、电耗高等问题,进行喷嘴环节能提效改造,通过对其喷嘴环结构及材质进行优化,达到了降低磨煤机电耗、通风阻力,提高磨煤机出力的目的。
Aiming at the problems of serious wear and high power consumption of mps225hp-ii coal pulverizer equipped with 660 MW Boiler of Baicheng power generation company of Jilin Electric Power Co.,Ltd.,the nozzle link can be improved.By optimizing the structure and material of its nozzle ring,the purpose of reducing the power consumption and ventilation resistance of the coal pulverizer and improving the output of the coal pulverizer is achieved.
