新形势下输电线路防外破管理模式实践研究

作为经济发展的重要影响因素与重要能源,电力安全稳定供应具有重要的意义。随着城市化进程的加快,大量基础建设项目全面施工,输电线路受外力破坏造成停电事故呈逐年上升趋势,严重危及到工业生产和居民的正常用电,甚至直接影响到电网的安全运行,输电线路防外破压力越来越大,相关管理工作应引起各级政府、施工单位和广大人民群众的高度重视。因此,从外力破坏对输电线路安全运行的影响,分析输电线路防外破管理工作存在的难点,提出了输电线路防外破管理模式,旨在为新形势下如何提高输电线路防外破管理水平和建立管理模式提供参考依据。

As an important influencing factor and an important energy source of economic development,the safe and stable power supply is of great significance.With the acceleration of urbanization process,a large number of infrastructure project construction,transmission lines damaged by external power outage is rising year by year,seriously endanger the industrial production and residents of normal electricity,even directly affect the safe operation of the power grid,transmission line pressure is more and more,related management should cause governments at all levels,construction units and the people attach great importance to.Therefore,from the influence of external damage on the safe operation of transmission line,further analyze the difficulties of transmission line management,put forward the management mode,aiming to provide reference for how to improve the management level and establish the management mode under the new situation.
