随着电力市场改革的深入推进以及经济社会不断发展,为促进电力行业发展,助力国家建设,社会稳定和谐,需对电网投资的有效性进行深入研究。结合电网企业的现行发展现状与学者研究,分析影响电网投资的关键因素及传导路径,深入探讨电网投资的经济效益与社会效益,为优化电网投资有效性进言献策。我国电网投资受到国资管理部门、能源、价格主管部门和审计部门的全方位监管,在此提出了未来电网投资将侧重于提升供电能力,拓展电力市场、优化营商环境,优化网架结构、提高运行效率以及消除安全隐患,保障安全供电。

With the in-depth advancement of the power market reform and the continuous economic and social development,in order to promote the development of the power industry,help the country’s construction,and social stability and harmony,it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on the effectiveness of power grid investment.This article combines the current development status of power grid enterprises and scholars’research,analyzes the key factors and transmission paths that affect power grid investment,deeply explores the economic and social benefits of power grid investment,and provides suggestions for optimizing the effectiveness of power grid investment.Power grid investment in my country is under the full supervision of state-owned assets management departments,energy,price authorities and auditing departments.It is proposed here that future power grid investment will focus on improving power supply capacity,expanding the power market,optimizing the business environment,and optimizing the grid structure.Improve operation efficiency and eliminate potential safety hazards,ensure safe power supply.
