煤机电厂重大危险源安全评价的主要问题与对策

摘要 以某煤机电厂为例,进行重大危险源辨识与分析,确定煤机电厂的氨区为三级重大危险源,采用概率风险评价方法定量计算个人风险与社会风险。从落实全员安全生产责任制入手,整理分析重大危险源的现有管控措施。在现场勘察与调阅文件档案记录的基础上,开展重大危险源安全评估,对发现的主要问题进行深入的原因分析,并提出有针对性的整改措施建议,对煤机电厂重大危险源管控具有良好的参考价值。 Taking a coal-based power plant as an example,the identification and analysis of major hazard sources were carried out,and the ammonia area was identified as a third-level major hazard source.Starting from the implementation of safety production responsibility system,sorting out the existing control measures of major hazard sources.On the basis of site investigation and review of documents and archives,major hazard safety assessment is carried out,the causes of the main problems found are analyzed in depth,and targeted rectification measures are proposed,which has a good guiding significance for the control of major hazard sources in coal-based power plants.
