供电所规范化管理中存在的问题与对策

Problems and Countermeasures in the Standardized Management of Power Supply Station

作为国家电力系统中综合性最强的基础性分支机构,供电所的存在为人们的日常生产生活提供了诸多便利。但在历史及地理等客观因素影响下,我国供电所的基础管理水平相较发达国家来说较低,因供电所的管理未达到规范化、标准化要求,其整体发展也面临一定阻碍和制约。为实现供电所的现代化发展,加强供电所可持续建设及高水平管理,必须进一步明晰供电所管理工作流程,全面提升其规范化管理水平。基于此,主要综合分析了供电所规范化管理中存在的基本问题,并针对问题提出相对应改善策略,实现我国供电所管理质量的全面提升。

As the most comprehensive basic branch in the national power system,the existence of the power supply station provides a lot of convenience for people’s daily production and life.However,under the influence of objective factors such as history and geography,the basic management level of my country’s power supply stations is lower than that of developed countries.Because the management of power supply stations has not reached the standardization and standardization requirements,its overall development is also facing certain obstacles and constraints.In order to realize the modern development of the power supply station and strengthen the sustainable construction and high-level management of the power supply station,it is necessary to further clarify the management work process of the power supply station and comprehensively improve its standardized management level.Based on this,this article will comprehensively analyze the basic problems existing in the standardized management of power supply stations,and propose corresponding improvement strategies to achieve the overall improvement of the management quality of my country’s power supply stations.
