中华人民共和国70多年的历史,不仅是中华民族5000多年文明史中最辉煌灿烂的一页,也是人类历史中不可或缺的最辉煌一页。新中国所取得的伟大成就,是中国人民在中国共产党的领导下艰苦奋斗、与时俱进、勇于创新的结果,充分证明了马克思主义为什么行、中国共产党为什么能、中国特色社会主义为什么好。新中国70多年的历史可以分为接续发展的三个历史时期,其间形成的国家制度和国家治理体系方面的主要显著优势,是我们坚定中国特色社会主义道路自信、理论自信、制度自信、文化自信的基本依据。总结新中国70多年的历史经验,应从中华民族站起来、富起来到强起来的伟大飞跃,从“立国之本”“兴国之要”“强国之路”的有机统一中进行理解和把握。

The history of the People’s Republic of China(PRC)over past 70 years is not only the most brilliant page in the history of the Chinese nation’s civilization of more than 5000 years,but also the most glorious page indispensably in the history of human.The great achievements of New China are the result of which Chinese people are working hard,advancing with the times and having the courage to break new ground under the leadership of the Communist Party of China(CPC).It fully proves that the capability of our Party and the strengths of socialism with Chinese characteristics are attributable to the fact that Marxism works.The history of New China over past 70 years could be divided into three historical periods of continuous development.In the meantime,what the main significant advantages of the national system and the national governance system formed are the fundamental bases for us to have firm confidence in the path,theory,system,and culture of socialism with Chinese characteristics.In order to summarize the historical experience of New China over past 70 years,we should understand and grasp the great leap from Chinese nation’s standing up,growing prosperous to becoming strong and the organic unity of“the foundation of the nation”,“the key to the rising of nation”and“the road to great power”.
