极简鞋对下肢生物力学影响的研究进展

摘要 本研究通过文献整理的方法系统综述了极简鞋对下肢生物力学影响的研究进展,探讨了极简鞋对下肢运动学、动力学、肌电、运动损伤及运动表现的影响。研究发现,穿极简鞋跑步可以提高下肢的动态稳定性,降低膝关节损伤发生率,在一定程度上提高了跑步成绩,减少了跑步时的能量消耗。 In this study,the research progress of the effects of minimalist shoes on the biomechanics of the lower extremities were systematically reviewed by the method of literature collation,and the effects of very minimalist shoes on the kinematics,dynamics,electromyography,sports injuries,and sports performance of the lower extremities were explored.Studies have found that running with minimalist shoes can improve the dynamic stability of the lower limbs,reduce the incidence of knee joint injury,improve running performance to a certain extent,and reduce energy expenditure during running.
