基于关联规则和聚类分析研究中医药治疗骨髓增生异常综合征方剂组方规律

Study on the Medication Rule for Myelodysplastic Syndromes Treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine Based on Association Rules and Cluster Analysis

目的:基于文献研究治疗骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)的方剂组方规律。方法:检索2000年~2020年间中国生物医学文献服务系统、中国期刊全文数据库、维普、万方数据库收录的中医药治疗MDS的有效方剂并建立数据库,对所用药物进行频次、分类及性味归经统计;采用Apriori算法的关联规则及系统聚类分析方法,挖掘中医药MDS证治的核心药物及常用药对和药组。结果:共筛选出107首方剂,涉及183味药物,使用频数前三位的药物依次为黄芪(73次)、当归(58次)、白术(57次);高频药物关联规则分析共获取32条有效用药规则,其中2味药对规则10条,3味药组规则19条,4味药组关联规则3条;聚类数目为8类时较好。结论:中医药治疗骨髓增生异常综合征以扶正养血,解毒祛瘀为主要治法。采用关联规则结合系统聚类分析的方法,可以较为全面及客观地揭示中医药治疗骨髓增生异常综合征用药规律。

Objective:To analyze the Medication rule of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of Myelodysplastic Syndromes(MDS)based on literature research.Methods:By searching SinoMed、CNKI,Wanfang and Weipu Databases from 2000 to 2020,we collected effective formulas treating MDS to establish a database,and statistically analyzed the frequency and classification of herbs,characteristics,taste and meridian distribution of the herbs.We used the association rules of Apriori algorithm and systematic clustering method to mine the core herbs and herb pairs or herb groups for the treatment of MDS.Results:A total of 107 prescriptions treating MDS were selected,including 183 Chinese herbs.The top 3 herbs with highest use frequency were Astragalus(73 times),Angelica Sinensis(58 times)and Atractylodes(57 times).32 effective rules were made in high frequency association rules analysis,including 10 rules for 2 herb pairs,19 rules for 3 herb groups and 3 rules for 4 herb groups,and it was the best when the number of clustering was 8.Conclusion:In the treatment of MDS with traditional Chinese medicine,Fuzhengyangxue and Jieduquyu are the general treatment principles.By using the method of association rules combined with systematic cluster analysis,the rule of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of MDS can be revealed comprehensively and objectively.
