维药毛菊苣活性成分及其药理作用研究进展

Research Progress on Active Ingredients and Pharmacological Effects of Uighur Medicine Chicory

毛菊苣来源于菊科植物菊苣干燥地上部分或根,是维吾尔族习用药材,具有清热解毒、消肿利尿、健胃消食等功效。研究表明其含有多糖类、黄酮类、酚酸类、萜类、苯丙素类等活性成分,并具有保肝、降血糖、调节血脂、抗菌、抗氧化和抗炎等药理作用。本文通过查阅近年来国内外相关文献,对毛菊苣活性成分及其药理作用的研究进展进行综述,以期为其研发和临床应用提供参考。

Chicory is derived from the dry ground parts or roots of the chicory family Chicory.It is a Uyghur traditional medicinal material and has the effects of Qingrejiedu,Xiaozhongliniao and Jianweixiaoshi.Studies have shown that it contains polysaccharides,flavonoids,phenolic acids,terpenes,phenylpropanoids and other active ingredients,and has pharmacological effects such as liver protection,lowering blood sugar,regulation of blood lipid,antibacterial,antioxidant and anti-inflammatory.In this paper,by reviewing the relevant domestic and foreign literatures in recent years,the research progress on the active ingredients and the pharmacological effects of Chicory is reviewed,in order to provide a reference for its research and development and clinical application.
