摘要
双层探测器光谱CT(DLCT)是双能CT(DECT)中的一项新技术,不同于其他DECT技术的基于高低能量X线发射球管,DLCT基于双层探测器分别接收高低能量的X线信息,能提供肺部病灶DECT的各种参数、进行图像后处理清晰显示病灶,从而提高诊断能力,还能减少对比剂用量,具有重要的临床价值。
Dual-layer detector spectral computed tomography(DLCT)is a novel technical approach in the dual-energy computed tomography(DECT)field.DLCT is based on two layers of detectors to collect high and low energy data,instead of based on tubes of two different X-ray potentials.DLCT can provide spectral parameters of the lesions of DECT,and post-processing to clearly display the lesions,thereby improving the confidence of diagnosis,also reducing the amount of contrast medium for its value in clinical application.
